I'm out the loop, I'm out of date,
I spoke up, but it's too late,
More and more, I'm left behind,
But I left my mark, to remind,
Of my presence, but it's slowly forgot,
I feel my mind begin to rot,
Rot, decay, fade away,
As I slip into further into yesterday,
Yester-month, yester-year,
My expiry date draws evermore near,
Of little use, je suis passé,
My part has ended in this play,
What am I? Just a has-been,
Rarely heard and never seen,
Now I am left on the outside,
At least I can say that I tried,
Washed up, I admit defeat,
New model's replace the obsolete...
