I've often wondered why people don't post their photo on this site in particular. Okay, since today I've wondered why some people choose to show their mugshot, and why some choose to post multiple photos (like me), and why others don't show their face?

I can sort of understand the excuse that you don't own a digital camera or scanner. It just seems like in this day and age that most everyone either owns a digital photo taking device, or knows someone who does. Hell, pretty much all new cell phones take pictures now.

Are those too shy to show their face afraid that linking their picture to weedguru will lead to some kind of disgrace in future career prospects? Afraid of getting hunted down and busted by the 4-0? Maybe if you were quite the grower you wouldn't want to post pictures of your grow along with your face, etc.

everyone knows what i look like i mean, heck, i am in my own sig (and yes, for those who have not figured it out, that is me in the sig)
so ye, i a bit care free really, i hope the cops dont frequent this site, lol

I honestly don't think the cops would bother tracking down people on this site to bust them. I think the police might check this site (and other weed related sites) on the odd occasion but only to look for grow operations or people bragging and showing pictures of how much weed they have for sale.

My mom and dad hid the camera from me that we have because they are just stupid. I don't have a cell phone at all cuz I'm too lazy to pay for it monthly and all that crap and when I'm with friends we never take pictures. ive posted my pics before, but it is because of paranoia that ppl dont post their pics. Which, i agree with Gorecore, there is no need to be so paranoid. Its not like the pigs iwll see your pic, and then issue a nation wide warrant ofr just a pot user? meh.
