Picking shrooms

Anyone pick shrooms... i thought about it but yea you pick the wrong ones ur kinda Ef'ed so anyone wanna post pics info on what to look for what kinds names what not to help

You won't be able to pick shrooms for another 4-5 months or so. Plus most mushrooms look almost exactly the same, just try to look for specific kinds of shrooms (ie. liberty caps)

maggie season is usualy sepember, october and early november, so u missed out (if ur in UK) i dno bout maggies in other countries

is there any place to find when they should be growing in your area? i live in the US

you can find them on lawns of freshly cut grass sometimes. You can find them under trees or in woods a lot too. me and my friend found about 30 mushrooms about 20 grams worth of it and my mom came by and we had to ditch it....I think a deer or something ate them that night because they were completely gone the next morning

Graveyards (yeah that's kinda creepy, there are dead people fertilizing your shrooms)or well fertilized areas like cow fields
Question: What is the best time of day to go picking? (i.e. the 6AM question)
Often shroomers are led to believe that 6AM is the absolute best time to go picking shrooms, this is not always so, it is true that shrooms like to grow in darkness, but it is not totally required to find the most shrooms, the absolute best timeframe is 12-36 hours after heavy rainfall, why? First of all shrooms are 90% water, and believe it or not it exposes portions of the fungus to light, which makes it fruit. Most times a picker is in a field w/out permission, in these cases it would be wise to do the picking at a time when the farmer is least likely to be awake...2AM.

id be to afraid that i would die. even buying mushies i get paranoid sometimes that someone along the way didnt know there shit and the ones that are given to me are the bad ones.

Yeah i have never done them I have friends who have and i have seen em and stuff and picked some but never really bothered

yes cow fields, but i guess there is kinda a lack of cow fields depending on where you are.
