Who's been to DAMPKING? (a cannabis cafe in Amsterdam)

I want to know if anyones been to DAMPKING (a cannabis cafe in Amsterdam). And do they sell good weed? (As i'm off to Amsterdam for my 18th Birthday)

Hmm never heard of Dampking. Any specific location?
Otherwise I'd suggest Route 66, nice international shop, good weed and close to the central station. If you walk up to the Rokin, pass the boat mourning places and go left, and right afterwards. You should find it in the starting area of the red light district (warmoestraat is how the streetname is called).
If you are there tomorrow you might see me smoking some doobie inside.

i would advise 'Coffeeshop Johnny'
that place was gr8, its not huge, but its quite close to the centre, and the prices are cheaper than Any of the coffeeshops i went in, in the centre, i visited that place everyday i was in amsterdam.
if u can find it like... i got one of their cards around here somewhere for a souvineir, so i can get u the exact address if u want it?

Chuck, im guessing by the username your a big fan of UFC
I have heard of dampking and heard its meant to be a good coffeeshop (all be it a quite expensive one). My suggestion would be to go to the smaller coffeeshops that dont need to charge ridiculous rates for weed to cover rent/staff etc.... The best coffeeshops i've found are just outside amsterdam away from the tourist traps.

if you dont know your way around amsterdam it will be like fidning a needle in a haystack. i just wondred round random coffe shops, having a few bongs then moving on to the next

thats prolly the best thing to do (well thats what i did), but i mainly did it cos each coffeeshop only serves 5g per person, per day, so i wud hop in a shop, pick up 5g of summat, n move onto the next, haha

because i've read somewhere on the internet that any cannabis cafe in Amsterdam can sell up to 500grams of weed to a person per day
