Well this saturday i managed to get some cash (£20) and so did my a few of my mates, all together we had £80.
So with this cash we went round my mates house and rang up our usual dealer hoping to get 1/2oz, but he was out and wernt getting anymore that night!
So we rang up a few more dealers, they were either dry or didnt answer the phone!
It got to about 8.30 (we had started tryin at around 6.30) and still no luck, we must have rang 9 or 10 different dealers all of them dry or no answer.
We kept on trying, rang a few more dealers, but still no luck, it was now 9.45 and we were all pretty pissed off, we had enough money for 1/2oz but no-one had any bud.
We all knew we probably wudnt be able to get any so we decided to chip in a bit of cash each and buy a nice amount of beers and get plastered, we got all our shoes n jackets on and started walking up to the shop.
Then as we were just round the corner from the shop i got a phone call!
I answer it and i hear "u alright mate? i got some bud if ur after any", it was 1 of the dealers we had tryed earlier that didnt answer his phone!
Now this guy is usually unreliable as fuck and although his bud is usually decent stuff, the deals are pretty shit. So i told him i wud give him a call back in a few minutes then called after my friends who had carried on walking to the shop. I went up to them and told them id just had a phonecall about some weed, so we ended up calling him back and asking if he had a 1/2oz but we wanted to see it first, he agreed and came over to meet us.
We let him in the house and he pulled out a bag full of some nice looking buds, he even weighed it out in front of us, 14grams dead on .
So we bought the stuff for £70 and rolled a nice fat joint with him, this stuff was fucking great, after the joint he left and we were all sat there red-eyed as hell and feeling proper chilled out .

Im glad it happened, but its really wierd how one of the most unreliable people I know who has let me and my mates down so many times in the past actually came through and made our saturday night.

Anyone else here had a similar situation to this?

Yeah man, this has happened to me before.

I mean, a few times my friends and I have gathered about 100 dollars together and called our usual people, and they were all not picking up or dry. My usual guy went to a mad party last night and did a bunch of drugs, fell in his friends pool, fucked up his phone and passed out till 5 PM the next day. My other guy said he was spending all his cash on coke and booze and so hasn't collected any pot. And so on and so forth.

So we were pretty frustrated and it rolled around to be about 10:15 and the first guy called after he was sober enough to drive and delivered us some dope. So, it worked out, but it would have rocked more if we got the shit earlier.

oh yeah i can relate this one time i got a few of my friends into disneyland so were like damn lets get baked! so were at my friends house gonna pick up a dub (20 sac) and start calling ppl. Im like the knowed stoner so i gotta get the hookup. So i started calling people and no one at all was picking up so i had to go to the next resort. I started calling people that could pickup for me to find a freakin dub. They were like were gonna call back, the one did call back but iwas like im goona call again and turned out he couldn't get it for us. We we go to a few more ppl and strike out, so we head to this school and its like 230. I call up my usuall and he finally picks up!!! YES!!!! so he like yeah just come down I roll down and fuckin weighs it out in fround of me and I saw another coolo friend there. Peace out and we got our weed, for a dub its was fat as hell of some sour desial so dank. And we roll out to disneyland smoking bowls and I rember the security guy checking me out as we pull up with smoke comming out. Good day but was so tiring we left early , you probably think im lying but serously this did happen.

you should try getting bud around here, it practicaly doesnt exist

dealers all over the place and if they dont have any i'll have to make a very very long 3 mile trip to the coffeeshop

I can relate to this, However now I have 4 Dealers
2 of them are reliable here and there.
1 Of them is pretty reliable.
1. One of thems a last resort and most likely gonna get it

and actually another that my friend knows thats realible.

So 5 dealers, its pretty easy to get bud now

That's happened to me recently when we were after a quick 1/8, rang up our regular dealrer to get draw but he was dry until the next day. Then the next 2 guys we called wern't sure when they getting any. Then we went to this 'furniture shop' that sells and it was fucking locked up (actually found out later they got raided but they've moved again and back up and running). After that we rang up a last resort and he didn't answer his phone.

Then after all that we managed to get some on the street of some random guy on the way back to my friends house. After that we decided to just stick it all in a blunt and have a victory blunt.
