I go to school don't really do anything, just hang out with friends. Don't pay attention much in class. Only get good grades during football season. I don't really see the point of going to school like this.

Does anyone feel that there should be another alternative to the way school is run. Sitting in class and taking notes for 6 hours is not really my thing.

Participate more in discussions, get into it...feel free to dick around in classes such as math, science, English, and non-academic electives. Pay attention and get into history, and ancient history classes...take electives such as PE, and even get a fellow stoner buddy to take drama with you and get stoned before class and skip half the time. Make sure you have the minimum credits neccessary to go to college. Take grade 11, 12 classes before your in those grades so then you get credits for them and can take the minimum classes in grade 12. Hang out with buddys all day, interact, have fun at high-school cause your going to miss it.

Yea, it's called alternative school. 3.5 hours and you don't even have to do your work? I think so.

man, i am only 18 like, n i miss the hell outta school, wish i was back there, i had so much fun like, it was just one big social event to me :p

so much crazy stuff happens in school tho, you findout about all the parties that are being held and class is just a reason to hang out and bullshit around. In highsschool in some classes wed get atleast 1/2 the class to just do whatever. Now im in college and i dont make shit unless i were to grow some bomb erb.

Seriously... You cant complain about having to go to school in the states...
i went to school for a year there after graduating from high school in Australia... and the standard is so different... yes you need to pass to be able to play sport... but damn... if you turn up to class they usually pass you...
its not very tough man...

Enjoy school... its the only chance you get to always see the majority of your friends in the one place and the one time day in day out... u leave and people move... get jobs... trust me you will miss it

u cud only wear ur normal cloths on charity events where u wud havta pay £1 to wear ur own cloths.... rip off!

1st year of college done now and highschool was fucking brilliant in comparison. I did fuck all, did minimal work for every fucking thing and then didnt even turn up to my lessons but still managed to pass.... miss those days

Dude im in high school in Australia and it is very relaxed man. I go to a music school to which is even better cause most of the time all you do is music and the other classes re secondary. it rocks!

How do you think schools should be run then if taking notes isn't your thing?

fucking non uniform day. paying a quid. never payed them. FUCK YOU i'd rather just buy drugs than help some chick who got run over pay for a laptop.

i definetly think our education system is flawed..actually its just plain fucked up iin my opinion but i got kicked out third week of freshman year and now im doing online classes but if you wanna get through and have a fun time just go to every class ripped and doodle through them i did that..cant remember much of those 3 weeks tho
