different names for weed or weed smokers

ok here in jamaica we call it weed not 'pot'. the first time i heard that i thought someone was cooking.
we definately dont have bongs here just spliffs (joint)
but to answer the thread i post:
weed is called weed, herbs, bush or grass
and a person that smokes weed is a weedhead

what u mean jamaicans dont smoke bongs ?
they invented those big ass bongs with 10 tubes so 10 ppl can smoke on the same bong at same time...

we usually just call it green if its bud or rocky and solids if its hash. but round here people use the words.

well im only talking from experience. i go to the major university here UWI and basically this is where all the intellectual weed heads from all over the country meet up. an noone has ever used or seen a bong. the best recollection of a bong is in the movies. like i sed its generally spliffs...sum really huge ones too made with 2 rizzla's.
birthplace... we're the birthplace of many many things but not the bong.

Definately. You really should try everything once. There was a time when me and a couple of friends had a spliff, a bong and a lung and we hot-boxed a small fort (because you can never be too old to build a fort from bed sheets and pillows).
On top of that we've smoked from blunts, pipes and a bucket. We've had some great times.

noooo not a hooka
i dont know whats the name of it,
its just like a bong but made outta wood (well the one they were using) and it got like 10 tubes so that 10 different person can smoke at the same time
i saw a documentary on the history of ganja and they were interviewing some jamaican rasta, it was on national geographic channel... but u sayin u live at an university so it would kinda be stupid do bring a bong outside in a school territory

hooka = bong with many tubes so that several people maybe smoke out of it at once.
thats the common thinking atleast....really a hookah is a tall indian pipe used with or without water that includes 1 or more tubes wich are smoked out of
