Here's some pro bono a drug lord can do for us. This is a idea I had.

The weed would be vaporized in a big glass container heated with a electrically controlled heating filament from which it will pass through a long column of water cooling it. So in effect we have a vaporizer-bong on a large scale. Now the cool vapours will pass through more water or whatever to remove impurities and add flavour without harming the THC content.

Then the vapours would be put in pressurised containers and will be sold like that. I'm not talking about those huge skuba tanks. The small oxygen cans you get with a mouthpiece on it will do. Maybe a little smaller depending on the amount of vapour pressurised and now this can be sold in cans which are very easy to use. Just hold it to your face and voila cool and smooth smoke that you can hold forever without wasting anything.

This might not feel economically feasable but if a drug lord puts some of his cocain money aside and sets up a big production line it could work.

That's actually a really cool idea. One problem: as the can gets smaller, the amount of pressure required to fit the same amount of aerosol THC in gets bigger. Trying to take a hit off of a coke-can sized container with the equivilant of three bowls in it might be like sticking a garden hose in your mouth and trying to drink out of it.

Seriously people, we're still smoking weed the same way we were in 2000 BC. The only thing that's gotten more advanced is the way the pipes are made, and the controlled growing conditions for the plants.

Advanced tech ideas, anybody?

well, I'll say this. As I told Eugene, last night I spent half an hour trying to catch smoke in a plastic bag......And no...it doesn't work. So that idea is right out.

You can't really "catch" the smoke. You have to create a vaccum inside the intended container to "pull" the smoke in.

Think about hitting a bong. The smoke doesn't just drift up from the bowl into your mouth, does it?

News Flash! I just had an idea!

I'm going to make a waterfall bong with a closeable hole on the bottom, fill it up with smoke, close the hole and cap the top, and stick it in the freezer. It's a cold, tasy delight I can enjoy any time!

I know in retrospect now you can't catch smoke but yesterday I was high so it sounded like a plausible idea >>;

Wouldn't the smoke go stale? or would the freezer stop that?

Smoke can be stored in water bottles, but eventually it will just turn to goo on the side of the bottle.

I don't know if it would be stale after a while, but I can think of one way to find out!

And yeah, I'm on my laptop and I'm always looking at the screen from a wierd angle. The forum background looks pure white instead of blue/green.

i was too lazy to read the whole thread but i like smoking weed not just the high i get off it. I like the crackling sound it makes when u burn it and the smoke rings u can blow after a hit. I like being able to roll fat joints.

IMO shitty idea except the whole large scale vaporizer, i think im gonna make 1 one day.

It stays on the side of the bottle cause its so sticky... and isn’t water soluble.

And if im not mistaken, THC doesn’t last very long after it’s been heated, not sure though.

I would rather smoke it too, its more pleasurable to me, and it seems to have worked fine these past thousands of years. Other than the health factor, smoking weed is better then any other way to consume it.

But i don't think your weed is supposed to crackle when you smoke it. Sounds like seeds to me. Stems might do it too but they don’t really do anything but make the smoke taste different. Could also just be dry.
