I am in USA, looking to vacation somewhere I can get weed?

Hi,
I live in the usa and want to vacation somewhere close thats nice and not to expensive that I can easly find weed and the laws are not to tight. Any recommendation?
I was thinking about these places if you have any input.
How about cancun mexico?
How about negril jamaca?
How about Puerto Viejo, costa rica?

thats what i was thinking, i know we get better value for money in america. but he could be thinking everything is mopre expensive i.e. a mars bar in england is £0.40 where as a mars bar in america could be £0.60, know what i mean

Thanks allot for all the great suggestions. they all look like beautiful places to visit.
I only know english as a language, do enough of people in amsterdam, or jamica, or coast rico, or mexcio speak english so I can get around on my own are am I going to need a tour guide or something?
I have seen pictures of BC, canada and there beautiful plants and would love to visit there someday, but isnt it very cold up there ? What are the fun things to do and places to see in BC if your "having fun".
Keep the suggestions comming and any experinces you may have had on a cation, I would love to hear them.

jamaica man. my m8 went there for his holiday he says that they've got weed growing everywhere as if it is a weed. went to bob marleys house aswel had weed tea, the lot
