i am a supporter of gillingham, unfortunately igrew up in kent, so theyre my team. i am half italian so i have followed juventus as well over the years, they been slightly more succesful that gillingham i would say, shame i live here and not turin!

come on, try put out a starting 11 players. we not into a universal league, but if we were i would hesitate hugely before sending out the likes of desailly,simic, mendieta, scholl,ballack and especially kewell. these players are interesting choices because kewel has done next to nothing the last two seasons, desailly is old and slow and probably wont be a first choice centre back even at chelsea next year. anyway yeh narrow your teams down to 11.

big rob, surely you are having aluagh!! if aplayer has been poor for 2 years running then you can hardly call him one of the worlds best. he has shown signs in the past of been a world class player but not with any consistenzy in my opinion. ok i say then can we stick to current players, or players who could be considered the worlds best in this current period. kewell, if put in a good team, could well make th egrade i reckon but certainly not on what he has shown so far. everyone entitled to his her opnion, i interested to see people putting in players like desailly and kewell, its funny.

desailly would be great just for his experience. unlike other defenders who have won everything there is to win, he can still defend. get what i'm saying? i know hes not the best anymore but hes still more than able.

ok, i suppose then i am in agreement with you on his experience. as i would be tempted to put in ciro ferrara because even at 36 he is amazing, a classic defender. experince is more important in defense than anywhere else on the pitch.
