Any cheeba smoker worth his own bowl will tell you that there has only been one album completely and totally produced with unbelievably toasted listeners in mind. This may sound like a cliche' or even an "untrooth-atude" (ah, stoner slang), but the album Stankonia by Outkast listened from beginning to end has to be one of the best albums in history to listen to while in cloud 9 (or as i call it, cloud 420). Even the title of the album "Stankonia" is an obvious reference. Imagine a world built by people who are messed up off the sweet sticky green, that's Stankonia. Now it's true, one of the members of Outkast apparently doesn't do drugs (yea.....right), Andre 3000, but then again a black guy who wears top hats, giant baggy checkered pants held up with multicolored suspenders, with no shirt doesn't seem completely sober to me. Trust me, one listen of this album while really high will make you a believer. I bumped into this album by accident while high. Although not long after on the afternoon music show on Mtv called Total Request Live, Outkast was the special guest. Carson (an admitted sticky icky smoker) mentioned that their album "stankonia" is (and I quote) "a journey like no other" and commented that he would "be taking the train to Stankonia right after the show" (which immediately got knowing cheers from the teenage audience. If that's not proof, then I don't know what is.
