help! spyware!!!

Im having some bad spyware n virus problems on my computer. Its slowing down and pissn me off! I have adware and some other program but dose not help. Would someone link me to a virusprotection prog (free) or a good spyware program. Thankyou.

Spybot - Search and destroy. I use it along with adaware, best one two combination.
