Identifying type by leaves when they are young?

I heard that indica strains have more of a broad leaf while sativa has a thinner direct leaf when they are 2-3 weeks into veg...just wanted to clear that myth. Is it true?

In a recent high times article they had a comparison of Sativa vs. Indica, if you can find the issue or know someone with it, it's the issue with the large article on 311 (the band).

Yes, it is true.
You cannot identify specific strains though just by looking at them
