so i planted some seeds in moist soil. one of them i think germinated becuase it like cracked and has a white thing comin out. but my other one looks like it has fuzz or mold on it

That white thing is a tap root. the other white shit growing on the other one is probably mold. try to clean it off with something (Not like pour bleach on it, duh) after you get the fuzz off, get some water, and put a few(1-2) drops of hydrogen peroxide in the water. put 1 or 2 drops of the solution on the seed. the solution will sterilize it, to make sure the mold spores die. like qwerty said try germination before planting them, you'll end up with better results
