My license in question ..sucks bad

Well I got my license in October of 2005. I've gotten a moving violation the first time, which was really stupid of me. Anyway, I got a speeding ticket a couple months ago for doing 61 in a 45. Since I'm still on my provisional and that's 2 citations/tickets they said my license was going to be suspended for a month.

Seeing as how my job is a delivery driver, and the location of it is 15 miles away, I requested a court date, to try and get my license back, atleast to be able to drive to work.

Well.... I got a court date last week that said it was going to be on April 25th 2006.. and just my luck, I get pulled over the other night on the highway doing 64 in a 55 by a state trooper that said she got me on laser.

Not to mention I got pulled over the other day on the highway because this undercover cop thought I was driving in the HOV with only myself, when my friend (who you could not see was passed out in the passenger seat).. anyway I got off of that one, as soon as he walked up to my car.

I've never had good luck with the feds..

Anyway I'm wondering if anyone else has experience in getting out of license suspension and how you think this will fly/end up in court? I know this last citation won't help it at all.. but I'm getting a lawyer and my job to write a letter. I can't imagine not being able to drive at all for 3+ months..

You must have the shittiest luck..
..Sounds like you might need to watch them speed sighns, maybe obey a couple..
As for the other question, I've never had my licence 'revolked'.. I have a buddy whose recently lost his license. Sort of. He was suposed to hand it in, but he hasent. He still drives, he's just careful.

Sounds like you may have to look into a carpool.

Good luck.

Heh, not only have cops told me this but everyone else tells me it's safe to drive up to 10mph over the speed limit. Sure that's no excuse

As for a carpool, it will not help at all. unless I get someone to take me on every delivery, and let me keep the tips.

Ticket clinic garantees to get your ticket getting dropped or they give your money back. They use often missed technicalities to get your ticket thrown out.

As for that 10mph over the limit thats bullshit, I've seen plenty of people get pulled over for doing 3mph over. It all depends on the cop and his mood.

What do you mean ripping up the lanes? I wouldn't consider 9 over the limit ripping the lanes? but yeah I'm just gonna lay low for now. and those tickets and lawyer fees are ruining my bud money.

I can't imagine getting pulled over for 3 over. It's ridiculous how easily a cop can pull you over, if he really wants to, then you see his buddys flying by with no lights on.

As for the Ticketclinic, when I try to search for an attorney on their website it shows nothing but a number? Have you ever used them? Sounds too good to be true almost.[/b]

Well I'm getting my friend's lawyer instead. He's really good and he's giving me a discount. Court date on tuesday, hope it works out.
