ok i been smoking for yrs bla bla bla bla now i want to stop smoking shotties ii no longer smoke bongs nor do i wish to but i do wish to give up shotties as they are so bad for your chest and make the "addiction" weed has so much worse no what i mean. my mates have all gone to spiffs now and so have loads of other ppl plus the new ppli hang i around wth mainly smoke them. Now eerytime i say right just spliffs even when in smking dor free it's so diffuclt to avoid the bottlle. bigger head rushes and better effcientcy make them temmping but splliffs are ice too and better in the long run lol.

so any advvice on giving up wats ur stories in this area

Yea man I don't hit the bong anymore either. Just got to be too much on my lungs.

I suggest vaporizing if you have never done it before you should try it once you vapo you don't want to go back. Such a nice high off of the vapo to.

i heard that the high from vaping doesnt last very long, is that true?

If anything a vaporizer should get you MORE high as the only thing you're breathing in is the chemicals that make you high like THC. You don't inhale any smoke which is what makes it healthy.

yeah i know it makes you reallllly high but heard that it only lasts for like 15 min and thats it. Thats what my friend told me but he used a lightbulb vaporizer so that may be why.
