starting out read pls!

I just started germinating my seeds..i put them in a bowl on top of a paper towel that i sprinkled very little water on the paper towel n speaded my 11 seeds out perfectly n put them under my bed nice n decent temp i bet under there.Just wondering if they will germinate i had one batch before this that didnt germinate i put on a plate n did the same thing sprinkled water on that paper towel n put them on a flat saucer n put them in my cd case n didnt open tell 3 days later n i got nothing..what im i doing wrong here???

Well ty once again dr greenthumb for being on top of things n responding to ur regs questions i like that a leader who is a leader anyway im gonna let them sit and hope they sprout as i was saying earlier in this topic after i get them to sprout im gonna run a real shitty setup just lights n plant them in a plant box n put them under my 60 w flourescent light n see what happens once i doubt it will be smokable but atleast i can learn that way hands on n see what happens n shit like that before i start growing good bud.

thanks for the compliment, i hope your grow goes well and gets you some useful experience. if you have any other questions try sifting through the growing sections or ask gooster to help you out. when it comes to growing all i know is what i read unless you're growing mushrooms.

This grow wont be nothing basically its just for hands on to begin me starting out to see what kinda deformities my plant gets n what to do to take care of it by asking you ppl?? I wouldnt mind growing shrooms i been wanting to for how long as to try them but none of my friends can get them so maybe u could help me or is it harder then growing pot?

actually, quite the opposite, shrooms are very easy to grow, you put spores on a sheet of some kind (can't think of the name) and basically it's like growing mold on bread, but with a little more care. you need to grow at the very least an 8th worth of them, because you need to eat so much to get the full effects. if i get anymore information on them i'll post it.

i heard somewhere, that they grow natually on piles of cow shit, but i don't know if you'd be willing to get into that mess.

Yea i hear they grow under cow shit but like u said aint ready for the mess.....Dr.GreenThumb if u could put up a link of how to grow some psychadelic schrooms n where to buy them at i would appreciate it.

cow shit is only grass it wont hurt you to pick it up and look for shrooms i do it every year although if the cows are fed government food they wont produce shrooms(damn government)

How can u cope with the smell to pick up shrooms under shit and whats the raritie to find one under a pile of shit instead of me going to the farmers field behind my house n go nuts picking thru mad shit if there aint gonna be nothing there??

i think you can buy shroom kits online, which include everything you need, spores, sheets, etc...
