Buying a vape?

I was wondering if any of you own a professionally made vaporizer? I'm saving up, thinking of buying one. I smoke in an apartment, so a vaporizer would be perfect for me it seems, but I've only smoked out of one once, and no one told me how hard to draw so it wasn't that great. (Guy who had it was the biggest spaz ever! I packed a bowl and he scorched the shit out of it and coughed almost instantly, wasted some good weed.)

I've been looking at those vapor brothers vaporizers. Anyone have experience with them? How are they?

Also, Im told hits off vaporizers are more efficient, so it takes less weed to get you blazed. Is this true? How much more efficient are they than a pipe? Like, will I be noticeably saving any $$ on green by throwing down some extra into a vape?

Vapourizers definately do get you higher off less, and if you're concerned about the smell it's your best bet, but be prepared to spend big on it. If you want to get one, there's no use getting one of those shitty little ones for about £20, because it will not work as well and you will essentially be smoking out of a glorified pipe, which defeats the purpose of getting a vapourizer. You need to be prepared to spend a little (or a lot, as the case may be) more and get a high quality one in order to feel the benefits of it.

Personally, i prefer to smoke a joint than use vapourizers, bongs or buckets, despite the fact you have to use more to get equally high. I prefer to sit down and chill while i smoke, plus i'm an ex cigarette smoker, so joints feel more natural to me. A vapourizer would be a good investment if you mostly smoke pipes though i think, but like i said, only if you get a good one.

I have been smoking from a bong for years now, the high from vaping is alot higher and lasts alot longer, i reckon 1.5 - 2 times as long.

And you use half the weed as well, and the smell is like burnt popcorn and nothing like burning weed.

The vapolution is a glass on glass vaporizer, and is on par with the higher quality vapes out there, like i know people who own a vapolution and a VOLCANO (mercedez of all vapes costs 700 dollars) and they say they get the same hits etc out of a vapolution as the same to there volcano. But the only difference is preparing hte vape, a vapolution needs tweaking, like you need to find the ideal heat, the ideal depth for the glass bowl and how hard to suck etc, i mastered this after using like a 1 gram of my shit, its pretty easy, once you get the hang of it. But the volcano all you do is turn it on put ur weed in it and put the bag over it press a button and its done. But from what i have read, people say the vapolution is good for a person that smokes by themselves its not really good for sessions as it takes time to pack bowls, NOT alot of time, but the volcano is better for sessions with mates etc.

So if your going to be smoking by urself or with a mate the vapolution should be perfect for you its bloody cheap, VERY RUGGED and strong, easy to use, only prob is sometimes the weed falls down into the heating chamber, but i read you can use the vapolution on its side which i do now, so it means you do not need to pack the bowls so weed dont fall out.

I hope this helps, dont get something that has a steel heating element like the vapobrothers one, get something that blows hot air through the weed or a glass on glass vape, the vapolution is both as you suck you blow hot air through and the glass on glass eats up the bowl.

Vaping has saved my lungs, i feel alot fitter and alot better, and also you do not get that burnt out feeling when vaping the high is so smooth and relaxing and if you fall asleep you do not wake up feeling like shit with that burnt out feeling, you wake up fresh and feeling good.
