It's true- however state law is in effect. So, its legal for people above age 21 to have less than an ounce of marijuana in Denver- but it's illegal to have marijuana anywhere in Colorado- including Denver. Isn't America grand?

I dont care what the actual law is or anything, atleast the politicians are thinking about it. Its no longer such a taboo subject and a lot of places are borderline. Maybe this is just the start of a decriminalisation on a bigger scale. Certainly hope so.

Apparently they legalized it in the city of Oakland CA some time ago but the law still hasn't been enacted (and probably won't be) coz of confliction with state laws, as CCR mentioned.
