So, I'm redesigning my bedroom, and I really wanna start growing a little herbal garden on top of my dresser. I don't mean growin pot btw, I have plans for that later. But I was wondering if anybody knows of any good healthy herbs to grow, preferably ones with medicinal properties and such.

I haven't started any of it yet so if anybody has any crazy ideas for a box design or what kinda plants I should sew, feel encouraged to shout it out

Try some catnip with baccy mixed. It seems to intensify the buzz a bit more. I've done it with a few mates when we had no green at the time.

I think the cats only need to smell it to go crazy.

But, there's some active ingredient in it that affects humans as well. I was reading about it on Erowid, and a couple other sites.

Id just stick to weed. Just cause it can get you hihg dont mean you should do it. You could live off of Cat food but your not gonna

If you dont have any weed or your too much of a pussy and afraid of getting caught, catnip is a miniscule alternative. but if your going to try to do the impossible and replace good ol marijuana, use that hawaiian hybrid stuff. hey, thats another good herb for you to grow.

The only herb anyone here will recommend you too grow is marijuana. There are probably other "herb" forums around, do a google search

Yeah I heard something like that about catnip... and I would consider growing it if I had a cat haha, here kitty.

But I was thinkin of growin just some basic stuff to start, just to take some of the focus off the fact that I'm growin mushrooms as well. I wanna turn my room into a primordial jungle! Then again if I can't think of anything else to grow, I guesss I"ll get some catnip goin. I would love to start growin some Poppies.... for their beautiful cascading hues of red and purple... and NOT *looks around* for their residual opiates haha.

Anyways, I know that marijuana and catnip aren't the ONLY plants that alter your reality once they've been smoked and/or consumed. Has anybody else grown anything besides weed? I was thinkin maybe some Mint (practice for when I try cultivating Salvia) and some other sweet smelling herbs... maybe some Mugwort. Who knows haha. I'm not the only one here who's into gardening am I?
