Saturday night some chick I know was havin a party it was pretty damn fun, lots of free beer, quite a few ppl. Went over and visited a friend of mine who lives like 3 houses down, his parents were just sittin on the porch talkin all kinds of stupid shit cuz they were drunk as fuck. My buddy was with me and we rolled over there and he was hangin out the door and he ran upstairs real quick and threw some clothes on and he had a joint rolled up already. We went out to his backyard and smoked it. Then we went back to the party with him and just kept drinkin on that free beer. Around 2 in the morning or so we went to dennys with a couple of my other friends. Smashed on some nacho supreme thing, one of my friends paid for like 3 of us so that was tight as fuck. Went back to that party shortly after that. Then me and my friend ended up leaving and just so happens my friend is in this dudes car lookin for a lighter, when they all rush outside and try to chase us down. Then the police showed up not long after that and right when they arrive, I took off runnin again. But I made it about 100 yards and the 2 cops caught up with me, the one cop tried to tackle me but didnt quite work out too well for him. By now I was on the concrete and the other cop got ahold of me and slammed me to the pavement. He had his one hand on my throat with a good majority of his weight on my neck. His other hand was on his taser in my face. Now I wasnt even puttin up a fight or nothing the other cop runs up to me and grabs my arm and turns me around on my stomach and tells me to stop resisting (which im not at all any more) and bends my arms about to my head. Next thing i know im in a cruiser. Then they took me to the hospital to get checked out. Just a few scrapes and ripped shirt. Nothing major...

But they took a blood sample and a urine sample and tested positive for marijuana so I got a probation violation for that one and an underage for drinking.

Then they took me to juvy, I got there around 6:30am and I had to take this test everytime you go out there like a MACY test or someshit, ask questions like: have you ever been raped? do you see stuff thats ur friends say isnt there? Do you ever have thoughts of killing any one...

After I did that shit they let me to go sleep with the guy asking me about every half hour where I was and the date... They let me sleep untill about 12 or so. Then just today I got out after I went to court.

Only thing I got to do is some more counseling shit and I have to check up with the courts n shit.

This story is long as fuck, and im tired so imma go to sleep

My friend just happen to get away clean as fuck because the ppl's car he was in didnt press charges or ne thing.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, I ended up havin to throw my new dugout I just got a few weeks ago. Its all good tho I'd rather toss it then get busted with it.

Like a little wooden container that holds ur bat (one-hitter) and holds some bud also, just shove ur bat down in there and make sure its packed with bud n hit it. Imma go look around mabye later today to see if i can find that.
