your drunk or over the drink drive limit and have the keys to a car and the car is near by? can you get done cause last night the police were waiting for drunk drivers outside the pub, i'd just had a pint (only drink of the night) and would have probably have registered over the limit - i was shitting myself, any help appreciated

My friend went to a frat party one night and got very drunk, but he didnt want to sleep in the house because he knew people would fuck with him so he went out and slept in his car. The next morning, a cop taps on his window and ask him what he was doing and my friend told him about the previous night. The damn cop then give him a ticket for DUI

Now i didnt think that the cop could do that, but looks like i was wrong

There's a 19 year old kid in my town who lost his license last year because of drunk driving and hit and run charges (he hit a parked car). Lost his license for five years. About 2 months ago he was behind the wheel of a car and passes another car at an estimated 130 km/h in a 70 km zone , in a curve to collide head on with a motorcycle. He killed the guy on the bike instantly..he was a police officer. The kid has been sitting in jail since the accident, they aren't even giving him bail. He is in soo much shit. Imagine, he's 19 now he's fucked his life up real good for a damn long time
