I was listening to 'the needle and the damage done' by Neil Young today...

Let's make a list of good songs about drug use/abuse...just 'cuz those are good ones. If you want to list other songs just about drugs in general feel free...

I don't mean songs that are necessarily exceptionally good while you're high, just anything around those themes.

Songs about drugs? Holy crap, what songs AREN'T about drugs...well, the good ones anyway

My favorite songs about drugs (to name only a few):

"Use the Man" (similar to Needle and Damage Done) but this one's by Megadeth

"Junkhead", "Hate To Feel", "Godsmack", "The Nothing Song" by Alice in Chains

"Junk" by Steve Vai (an oldie by him, but awesome)

"Mr. Brownstone" by G N' R. (I still say he's singing about Hash and not Herion)

"Sweetleaf" by Sabbath...legends...gods.

Well, that's all I can think of right now. Because "Cannibals of desire/feed the fire/that burns in your head."
