So me and a friend pulled into a local parks' car park, where we usually go for a few spliffs. Except this time police decide to pull in to sort things out. Long story short my mate had a bong in the back which he was going to use at mine after the spliffs, they ended up searching us and the whole car all the time threatening us that if we were hiding anything we would be in big trouble but we had nothing as it was left at my house.

They confiscated the bong despite my friends protests and the fact it hadn't been used but they took it anyway, looking for some advice on this, can they even do that and how would my friend get it back? All the while they are joking around saying we used to call it wacky backy etc.. etc.. fucking pigs fucking piss me off, if they don't even care and are just doing it for their job why don't they just fucking move on and leave us to ourselves, there was probably people getting robbed or their cars nicked at that very moment but obviously their time (4 police officers) is spent more wisely threatening/interrogating/joking around with us.

What made it even more annoying is one of the guys was about 21-22 and blatantly smoked it himself as he started asking what we had smoked etc.. and who our dealers were lol, we just gave him dirty looks and said nothing.

Anyway it was a very annoying situation especially because the dumb bitch kept saying i could arrest you for this but i'll let you off this time blah blah. Lying fucking bitch! it even says on the govenments offical website and other drugs law ones that if you are over 18 and have less than 3 grams all they can do is take it off you, well we had no bud at all and just said we had smoked one spliff, technically they didn't have a leg to stand on but they still turned into billy big bollocks just trying to threaten some peaceful stoners. Fucking arsehole police bout time this shit was legalised.

Anyone got any other stories like this?

Dagnam. Pretty rough experience there, man. I know it should be legalized.. But alot of people think it shouldnt. Many even thing it should be moved up a class

But you know, if you're good with them and act like they're real people (even though they're not) they're good with you. Otherwise, like cameron said, you're likely get into trouble.

Cops seem to do pretty much whatever the fuck they want . Even if you complain their superiors back them up.

yea you definitely not getting it back. a cop did a pretty similar thing to me cept i had a zippo when he searched me and found it hes like "how old ar eyou?" I was 15 at the time so hes just like ur not old enough to have it and just snatched it. the thing was sick too. point being cops are gay
