Do you ever get the feeling that people lurk around these boards coz they are too intimidated to post?

I get the general impression from the tentative early posts of most new members and the relieved reactions of the few we don't flame off the boards that newbs are pretty worried about getting burnt when they post.

So if you're reading this all you lurkers out there, come in, post, join us. We only flame people who are retarded, if you're not then you have nothing to worry about. We're friendly, peaceful people, we've just seen alot of idiots in our time and patience is getting thinner by the day with people who post bullshit, don't do that and it's all good.

So yeah, sign up all you lurkers, we don't bite! (well, not unless you piss me off....)

Yeah I noticed, sometimes there's people online that joined a few months ago but have no posts.

upon clicking their profile they had 0 posts, i actualy pm'd one to say he didnt have to be afraid to post but that didnt help

Sometimes I can come here and only post in 1 or 2 threads, sometimes I'll post in every single one I read. Depends on how I'm feeling that day, and how strong of an opinion I have on the thread subject. When I first joined I was always mad excited about postin, cause you know this place was new and crazy to me, but now it aint like that. It's just like, lets go on at the end of the day, see what people are postin about, whatever goes down goes down.

As MT said, the boards have been woefully inactive and boring since I stopped posting everyday. You could be the next hot item! You could have stoners from around the world actually thinking about something you say! You'll never be a guru if you don't make that first post...

Yeah, I gotta admit I do that aswell. I certainly know everyone lol.

I am sort of new here, but I have been lurking for the past month or so, and only posted a couple of times here and there, (namely after I light up and get on the internet.) Truth is, I usually am too busy to post very often here, or else I am out partying and am not around a computer when I am thinking of this site.
