Anyone know the punishment for smuggling and possesing weed within ther EU countries?

its varies so much man, from a slap on the wrist to 10 years in jail. best looking into both laws on both sides (countries)

yeh lawas are still specific to each country.
i thought that the fixed sentence for dealing or supplying skunk was 7-14 years. they changed it whetn they de-classifies the drug from B to C.
Seemed good on one hand, as lees chance of hastle from cops for having a 1/8th or watvea, somthing small. but on the other hand they increasedthe senetcing guideline for those caught dealing from something smaller to 7-14 years.
thats just uk tho, i got no idea how it work in each ero country, tho xpect french laws to be kinda less bad, as they supply a lot of cannbis that comes from north africa i think. i dont know. check the laws where your mate been caught.

i thougt the french were stricter for some reason, i know that greece and turkey are strict though, maybe funk doc will tell us about belgium and holland, fuck knows about anywhere else though
