first time shrooms

im buying some shrooms soon and i was just wondering how many shrooms i would be getting per gram roughly so i dont get ripped off. im not sure if they are wet or dry yet. i heard the doeses for dried shrooms are this:
Threshold .25 g 1/100 oz
Light .25 - 1 g 1/100 - 1/28oz
Common 1 - 2.5 g 1/28 - 1/10oz
Strong 2.5 - 5 g 1/10 - 1/6oz
Heavy 5 + g 1/4oz +
are these doses accurate?? and is it about 10 times that for wet?
also do you eat the whole shroom or just the caps? ive been trying to find it on google but it doesnt really say anywhere.
