Steamroller

What is the best way to clean a steamroller? Like this: http://www.shayanashop.com/ProductImages/3040.jpg

I used an old toothbrush before, that actually cleaned it to the point of looking absolutely new. But there should be a quicker way. Any ideas.

take isoprobyl alcohol and pour it in, cover the bowl and the mouthpiece (and carb if there is one) and shake it up, then pour out and repeat

Should get it sparkley and clean.
