As some of ya'll heard, I got my case dismissed today.

Went to court this morning at 8:30, Waited about half hour this time. My autorney came out talked to me, Told me case was going to be warned and dismissed but i failed the marijuana screening so that i will be put on intesive probation. I told her i havent smoked in over 7 weeks and im more then willing to prove im clean.(Which i also took detox.) So went in there, She told him that, We got sent to the other building to do the drug screening. Pissed in the cup, Check the results and negative for every mother fucking thing. So went back to court and he said try to get into a summer school program. He said all i need is proof i enrolled in adult ed and i passed my test and ill be free. We dont have any proof i enrolled but said they're more then welcome to call. He ended up warning and dismissing the case.

So after that, Came home, Changed outta the court clothes and into some normal street clothes. My pops took us out to get some breakfast which was tight. We talked about my shit gettin dismissed, How ima have to pay back for all the court fees. Got to talkin how hws been smoking the last three weeks now and bought a oz three weeks ago but only been smoking bout once a day.

Came home, They went up stairs, I was chillin relaxin after all that shit. Get the knock(pounding on the floor) so i knew we was bout to smoke. Went up and smoked ONE joint between me, my ma and my dad and i was straight fucking tripping. I dont ever remeber being that buzzed off of smoking, But i guess that'll do it to you without smoking for 7 fucking weeks. I was stoned for a good threeish hours and buzzed for about 4, Was fucking amazing.

So now the rules are supposivley changing and we cant be smoking like we used to be and mainly jus weekend smokers. We'll see how that goes lol.

But im fuckin so relived. Feels like the worlds been tooken off my shoulders the second he said case dismissed. Was fucking awesome.

Now back to smokin, Chillin. Got to find a job and get on with my life. Damn glad things worked out for the best, I feared the worst.

Sobriety was a trip ill tell ya that. Honestly very glad i went through all this court shit because it made me grow up more, Made me quit bangin and doing stupid shit i shouldnt be and learned from that.

It felt fucking amazing to be stoned again.

Yeah, My dads a dick lol. We were supposed to all quit as a family but i knew it wouldnt happen, Im the only one who stayed tru to it.

I feel good bro, Real good.

Im completly done, Nothing at all to do from here. Only thing that can happen is they for some reason decide to reopen the case in the next 7 days which is slim to none chance, Im not trippin.

I may get calls from them checking up on me but thats it, No testing or nothing.

Thats gonna be the hardest part bro, Stayin outta trouble. I got to change my smoking habits from what they used to be drastically. If i get busted with weed once im in juvie for a few years, If i get busted for any crime at all im in juvie for a few years.

Big Daddy that is a tight ass song. I remember when I had to quit for a month and a half and smokin again for the first time was like bliss. We smoked like 2 grams and I was fucked. Just feels so good to come back to it when you cant do it for awhile.
