The trick is to find out which items take the longest to level up to their maximum, and put them on first, and to find out which items are linked.
I'll give you some hints:
-The orange ball comes first.
-The metal block and the ladder are linked.
-The tornado and the windmill thingie are linked
-The dish and the monitor are linked.
