They piss me off. I went to school this morning with 4 AAA batteries for my mp3 player and yep you guessed it, they ALL ran out. I mean fair do's its better than walking round with a plug looking for plug sockets but still. grrrr, batteries suck. Never last aslong as you'd hope.

Get some decent batteries. Get some good rechargeables, like duracell or sony.

MP3 players eat batteries faster than CD players, especially if you play it for more than 1/2 an hour each time you turn it on. Try having rechargable batteries, like 3 sets; one set that charges while you use the other one, and the third set that you have in your backpack for when one dies.

Yeah, rechargables are pretty good, you just have to remember to stick em on charge

My mp3 player recharges enough for a day or two when im putting music on it through the usb

3 hours of charging and thats plenty of music listening for well over a week.

I got something better, I just plug my discman into a socket and the batteries reharge without having to be taken out and placed in a recharger.
My discman owns your iPods and mp3 players!
