Too many people judge you primarily on how you look,
If the cover isn’t appealing then you don’t buy the book,

Too many ladies more concerned with a mans wallet than his soul,
The chances of finding a dream mate halved if youre on the dole,.

It seems that a pretty partner gains misguided respect,
Who is responsible for this growing religious sect?
Where the gods we worship are Miss lopez and Mr.Pitt,
Aesthetics is the key to a good life, in this bible they have writ.

The media only shows what is pleasing to the eye,
The amount of makeup I see on the young make me sigh,
I saw a girl doing her face in her tea break, and asked why?
She said’I gotta look pretty, added lipstick then said goodbye!

An apathetic approach to character, who cares if you are good or bad?
This preoccupation with looks will leave everyone sad.

I cut my own hair and always speak sincere,
I don’t go down the clubs to chase tarts and share a beer.
Why?for this you’d have to ask the woman of a finished year.
Who still when I see her now makes a part of my soul a little unclear.
I not pining and I not whining.
I just desire a lady who doesn’t always cover her face,
Whose thoughts originate from her heart and soul base,
Who lives life open to the important natural things;
The stars in the night sky, the moment at dawn when the first bird sings,
The sun and the sea, all life in this world,
Not whether more blokes like her with her hair curled.
