I heard that if you put an orange peel or two in your sac of bud it will make it stay fresh longer

Just wondering if any of you have also heard of this, or was I malinformed

there's no need to do that to bud cause the drier the better, but it depends how you want it. I use orange peel to freshen my baccy, works well.

you can definatly have weed thats Too dry, and no i bet it doesnt make it taste like oranges.

hmm that woulldd be cool if it did though but somtimes when i have a pretty fat sack i put one of those packet things that come in vitamins or somthing that keep it dry, and that seems 2 keep things dry in there but not like super dry it

The only thing putting orange peels (or any other type of moist dampening crap) in your weed does is keeps it moist so that it doesn't burn up in between hits, it doesnt keep it fresh, if you leave the peels in with the weed for more than 3 days you'll have to throw away your weed because of mold.

A few dealers i know put orange peels or other shit in thier weed for whatever reasons, But being the consuming conusuier, Fuck that...

i bet that would be something awful if someone were to smoke moldy weed.

dude don't go postin shit when you DON'T know what the hell your talking about. i have heard of this idea to. i use it everytime i get a sack. it keeps it fresh AND moist. i have been using this idea for 6 or 7 months and my weed doesnt grow mold on it. jackass. i have one in my sack right now. it's been in there for about 3 or 4 days. and i see no mold? hmm tell you something. learn your facts before you start blabbering your mouth. im done

Whatever, you keep doing what you want, I was only warning people about a potential health risk, and those that are "smart enough" to listen to me wont get sick.

lol trust me man. your weed DOES NOT get moldy. stays fresh and moist. i have never had my weed turn to mold in the past almost year i've been using orange peels. that guy is full of shit. but do what ya want. i kno that im right, because i have NEVER had moldy weed. but hey whatever.

It really depends on the bud, If its fluffy and not moist and ou put it in witih orange peels it has a better chance of gettin a lil bit of mold on it, Ive seen it happen to boys of mines sacks. But if you got some dry compact shit it should take longer. Its just up to the person, I personally dont do it...

You can also use little pieces of bread.
