things you need, 2 liter or any other large empty bottle of sorts, and something larger than the bottle, it must fit in and be able to hold water, large cooking pots work wonders, a knife some tin foil, and a pin.

cut the bottom off the 2 liter or whatever u are using, so that when set in the pot it is maybe 2 inches above the top. now cut out the center of the cap and lay a square of foil over it. using a finger or you can be creative, make the cap a bowl of foil that can be screwed on or off easily, poke holes in you bowl with THE PIN hahahhaha.....any way, fill the pot wih cold water, take the cap with the bowl off of the 2 liter befor putting it into the water, fill your bowl, screw it back on after the bottle has hit bottom or you'll lose your goodies, finally light your lighter over the bowl and lift the bottle to chamber, take off the cap and hit it, you'll know why it's a conservatives smoking tool. in this a little goes a long way
