ok today was a weird day... sat at home working on the pc.. when the phone.. rings.. its one of my old school freinds.. sounding very upset and worried.. wouldnt quite tell me what was wrong.. but none the less i asked if he wanted me to jump in the car and come and see him.. (which was about a 3 hour drive)

he is a dealer but only small time only ever deals in weed

ok as im driving down to him things are going threw my head.. such as

Has he got him self into a world of shit .. like oweing some nasty people money

or has he ripped some one off

any way i get there to find him crying... told him to get into the car and we would go for a drive to talk about it .. after about half an hour of driving into the middle of nowere he finally tells me that some one has tipped the police off about him and his house was due for a raid....

wasnt sure if to belive him or not .. cause why would police bother with just a small time person.. any way dropped him off into town.. said id pick him back up later and he could crash at my place for a few days .. just told him to get some shit together like clothes etc money..

while he went off to do that i went to see some other old school freinds.. picked them up and went for a drive when one of my freinds spotted a small bum bag filled to the brim with pot.. now.. i was going to give it back to him.. but.. when he went home to pick some clothes up the police had picked him up and searched his house finding seeds and plants growing in his room.. now that he has been arrested.. probelry going to jail since this is not his first offence.. (not sure how the law works) but im baseing it on the princibal of that he is fucked..

should i keep the weed or should i wait intill i hear if he has been sent to jail ?

he is appearing in court next thursday

meh his fault for getting caught, and he wont have any use for the pot in jail, maybe sell it and bail him out

keep onto it, if he does goto jail, he wont go strait away, he`ll have a few days before, then he can smoke it all, i wouldnt keep it unless he does go into jail..

anyone know how the legal system works on this matter.. he has been caught before for and arrested but for diffrent things..

hahaha Ive been arrested for all of them. Cept I peed on a cop car.
Also got a DUI, two minors, possesion, paraphaniela, and Minor in possesion. Hell im still around. Get a lawyer sure damn near 80 percent of my paycheck goes to the lawyer and the cops still fuck with me. But I havent been convicted yet.

i think the above or mostly public order offences.

my conclusion - take it if you will

he'll probably get a tag or something, even if he does go to jail it wont be a very long sentence and even then wot he gets will be halved and he'll come out on tag providing hes a good lad inside

ah shit there goes my fun.. looks at the weed sadly...

heh i did what ya think i was smoking last night

i was sat here minding my own buisness with the weed by my computer desk

when it was calling me it started saying "smoke me " smoke me

it got so annoying the only way i could get it to stop was to give in....

had a bit of trouble last night aswell ..

after awhile my hands and brain just werent communicating

my mind was telling them to roll and my hands were just not co operating...

ended up rolling somthing that looked like a tampax

but meh it was good weed

Thats the best advice right there....dont associate wit the shit. Find out how much he needs to get out, if you can do it, do it. If you cant, then smoke.

Well bro, First he got raided, So that means its a big deal. And he got caught with plants, 99% hes going to do some time. So if it were me, No dont give him it back for one main reason, He may be out for a coupoe days before sentencing if he gets out on bond then police will be watchin him. You being around him brings them onto you because hes a dealer..

Well so far is father has said for all he cares he can rott in jail..

also his mother has turned her back on him..aswell as some of his freinds.. but for me its diffrent...

we have been freinds for aslong as i can remeber.... we grew up together..
not to mention he saved my life after my car crash he was also a passanger but only got a broken leg.. as for me i posted some where else about this what injuries i had .. also had a big gash across my thigh which was bleeding heavly.. if it wasnt for him putting pressure on it and doing other stuff the paramedic said i would of died due to blood loss

so i dont know where i stand on this...

cause i dont want to betray him..

but on the other hand.. i dont want to get into shit or get him into more shit..

just saying he does get out.. and police are watching him.. its not gonna help him if i hand him the shit back with police watching him..
