I really hope we can make it. I highly doubt it.. One day, one day we'll win the cup. Hopfully with Markus Naslund, I'd like to see him get a cup before he retires.
We probably won't get it. We'll be short a point..

Dan Cloutsier and Matt Cooke we're skating in practice today. Thats awsome. I really hope they don't play Clouts though, I like Auld alot better...

I'm getting REALLY nervous about theese next games, I hope we're able to win them all, at least then if we don't make the playoff's, at least then we could say we tried..

Thats awsome, haha, I loved that movie when I was a kid.. I still have my old school Canuck jersey, the ugly orange yellow and black one, its too small, but I still love it to death..

Game day. I'm going to have this sick nervous feeling in my stomach all day. This is what you do to me Canucks!!

Canucks Vs Sharks
Image Image

San Jose has won five in a row to move four points ahead of ninth-place Vancouver.

LAST MEETING: Nov. 24; Canucks, 3-2. At Vancouver, Naslund and Carter scored 55 seconds apart in the third period and Auld made 20 saves.

Lets see that again, lets go you fuckers! Win!!

So, we lost yet again.

Auld made a few amazing saves. The crowd was chanding "Auldy, Audly"
Naslund played hard tonight..
That fuckin Joe Thorton... I hate playing against him.. He was unstopable! The fuckin anouncer called him 'Scott Thorton' a few times, that fuckin guy, he's always fucking up. Its like he has no idea about what hes talking about..
I blame the loss on Bertuzzi, He did absoulutly nothing in the goal scored by Christian Ehrhoff 34 seconds into OT. Just watched it happen... Arg!!
Now we gotta hope Edmonton loses its next 2 games and we win our next 2... So frusturating.

Canucks (4) Vs Sharks (5)

Canuck scorers
Mattias Ohlund
Markus Naslund
Daniell Sedin
Brian Allen

Shark Scorers
Grant Stevenson
Nils Ekman
Milan Michalek
Scott Hannan
Christian Ehrhoff

Image

Mad lack of Defence in this game. They left players like Thorton unattended.. you gotta ride that guys ass!

1 - Canuck wins in their past six games.

5 - hits by Todd Bertuzzi.

91 - assist by Joe Thornton this year.

22.9 - Carter's shooting percentage, the second highest in the entire NHL.

126 - consecutive sellouts at General Motors Place.
GAME STARS

1. Daniel Sedin - a goal, two assists and a team-high five shots.
2. Joe Thornton - set up four of the five goal-scorers for San Jose.
3. Christian Ehrhoff - scored the overtime winner.

Shots on goal:
Vancouver: 6-9-9-0 24
San Jose: 10-8-8-1 27

More shots! I've noticed they try to get too fancy for their goals. Dosent matter. Just shoot! Get em in there! dosent matter if its ugly or not..

Rematch tomorrow. It's on!

And Canadianbud, this thread will never die, I like hockey in general, once the Canucks are gone, theres always other teams I like.. ahaha.. And even after seanson, theres the drafts.. always hockey news :p

haha just dont be fuckin around in my baseball thread and we'll have no problems.

canucks are 1 point back, 2 games to go. MacTavish has been scrambling around the oilers lineup in an effort to get some wins. The way the oilers have been playing, canucks can still do this. leafs are done.

I'm sorry :(

Yeah, I Really really hope we can do this.. Win these next 2 games, Tonights, San Jose again, the rematch, they're probably going to parcatice all day, when game time rolls around we better be on it.. and on Thorton.
Today Edmonton Takes on Anaheim. GO DUCKS GO!!! ahaha, Yes I've resorted for cheering against The Oilers.
Oh, this is nerve racking...

Everyone seems to still be hopeful for the leafs, but we've got a tough road. If the lightning lose to the hurricanes tonight (im hoping) and the leafs beat the senators (tough match), the lightning still get to play the caps, where it is easy for them to pick up a point or two. If they get two, then we'd have to win all our games, including our game against buffalo.

i duno about these leafs, i hope tho.

So the Canucks win they're last game. Dosent help us any, we're still out of the playoff's. It was pretty cool, it was 'Fan apreication night' And 26 fans got the game worn jerseys right of their backs.. I thought that was pretty cool. A ton of prizes where also handed out, including three trips courtesy of Air Canada, a 26-inch Sony TV, and restaurant gift certificates.. Thats pretty cool..

Canucks (4) - Avalanche (3)
They Started Mikka Noronen. I liked his equiptment, he looked sharp. He made some good saves..
Goal scorers for the Canucks
Todd Bertuzzi
Markus Naslund (beautiful wrist shot..)
Anson Cartee
Brenden Morrison

Avalanche
Tanguay(2)
Turgeon

Such a cool helmet..

Old news but..
Sean Avery (I hate that guy)
Long story short, Avery had an argument with assistan Coach.. and the kings are 'moving on without him'
In September, Avery made derogatory comments about French-Canadian players after then-Coyote defenseman Denis Gauthier hit the Kings' Jeremy Roenick in an exhibition game. Avery issued an apology after receiving a reprimand from the NHL.

During a game against Edmonton in October, the Oilers' Georges Laraque, who is black, accused Avery of using a racial slur. Avery denied the allegation.

So Toronto, Do you know whats happening with Justin Pogie, He was drafted to the Leafs in the 2004 Entry Drafts, Round three, picked 90th over all.. Was the Goalie for Team Canada in the Jr.'s back in Janurary..
Have you heard anything? I want to see him play again!

Man I can not wait for the playoffs! That is some of the best stuff to watch when your just chilling out on a weekday night. Sit down, blaze up, and watch the best hockey of the year being played.

If the Leafs are out of contention, which I have no idea if they are or not (I get to watch the Wild all the time here...). If they are however in it the go Leafs, if not then I would have to give my support to the Flames.

Beautiful city and an amazing hockey team to watch. Not to mention that I think the Calgary fans are the best fans in the league of course followed by the Toronto fans.
Get busy living or get busy dying.
