I almost never use a noun for weed. Normally I just say to one of my friends, "Wanna blaze?"

On rare occasion though I just use the three: weed, bud, tree. No one I know calls it pot.

I guess you could always say that, but it sounds sort of weird.

I tend to stray away from using "weed" and "pot" because those words are often used in an inferior way.
