Well, you have to be able to access it from the net to see it. Its just logical. How are we gonna see it on your computer? You have to upload it to a webserver.

Not really logical because on msn you can see pictures that are only on other peoples computers. Im not to good with the net so thats the way i think. So i need to get somewhere to host the pics eyr?

Yeah, because you are online, running a program that hosts the pic for you - msn. It doesn't host it in the needed HTTP protocol, but it does send it to anyone whose program requests it. But what about when you aren't on MSN? Your pic can't be downloaded because its only on your computer.

It is quite logical, I'm afraid, and you need to get your mind checked if you cannot see that. How are we supposed to see an image that is on your computer if your computer is off and not connected to the internet?

Its logical if you at all have any idea about the laws of physics. We can't see something on your computer unless your computer sends it to us. How is it gonna know how to do that? Obviously it needs a way to host the pic for the web.

In any case, I host everything myself, so I can't suggest you to a place to host your pics.
