THat actually suprises me. I used to live in southwest detroit(the worst part) and there was hella criminals but also tons of nice people. Its kinda relaxed alot in the ghetto IMO. People jus sittin around and have nothing, but they jus make more outta less ya know. And in the ghetto you can blaze anywhere you know what im sayin. And where i lived most of my life in Tha Villa which is like southwest detroit crammed into a apartment complex people were pretty nice around there. And in ecorse i go there alot people are nice there too. I mean dont get me wrong theres killings almost daily in all the city's i mentioned. But alot of people around there jus have it rough so jus chill back and not go crazy.Skwerl_Butt wrote:I've lived here for about 7 years and I know noone on this block. People arent just friendly over here in the ghetto.
whats your city like???

Dont get me wrong, The ghetto is full of gangsta and thugs and shit. But alot of them are jus tryin to survive. I know. Theres alot of youngsters on corners and shit slangin rocks. I cant blame em tho. I know where they're comin from. Try livin in a place where you seriously dont have money to even eat, You have to do something to survive. If you listen to Trick Daddy - Thug Holiday he talks about how the people in the ghetto are soldiers too. They are fighting for what they belive in and fighting to live.AndyPunx77 wrote:thats cool

ive met a few people while i was in your little country, people from the ghetto at one time, theyd come into some money some how, i forget how and moved to a suburb somewhere
seriously, they were some of the best people ive met. brilliant morals, beleifs, attitudes to life
even tho they pretty loaded now, they still fight to survive although in a different way but tis the same meaning

Will fight whatever for what we belive in. And we both grew up in the hood. Me in detroit, Him in ecorse. In the hood all you got is your dreams and your ambition you know what im sayin. Your in there tryin to make a dollar out of fifteen cents.

i live in bristol, england, its such a cool place. there's not much to do, but i'm content with sitting in the sunshine enjoying a nice view and conversation. the nightlife is great if you're a townie, but i'm a freak so there's not too many places to go unless you wear a smart shirt and trousers that crush your bollocks. the centre of bristol is nice, it was built in the georgian times so there's tons of big townhouses and really nice architecture. it's also home to the world's first suspension bridge, built by isombard kingdom brunel. i'll put a few pics up if someone would be kind enough to tell me how!
Look into my eye!
