are u taking any supplements? or is the weight gain purely thru exercising and a proper diet?

iv been stuck at 60 for the past 4 years...really need to pack on the kilos again

Nu supplements, I don't trust that shit.

But it's amazing how fast you're up to average weight if you just consume a balanced diet.

Last year I had the same eating routine every day: skip breakfast, fast food for lunch, and instant dinners.

hmm
i have pretty much the same routine..
breakfast in office at around 11
skip lunch and huge dinner (thanks to a couple of joints in the evening)

Funk,

Best way for someone to gain, maintain or lose weight is to track their intake. Go to fitday.com its free and you can keep track of how much protein, carbs and fats you are eating. For someone with a fast metab. aim at eating at least 3000 calories and weigh yourself everyweek at roughly the same time. If you dont notice any gains than bump your intake up 500 calories. Oh and to turn that into muscle without gining fat u gotta set yourself out a workout sched. Check out wannabebig.com for advice. Good luck bro and keep at it
