Do you honestly think hip-hop artists don't tour!?zach_jdia wrote:I'd say rock, there's lots of factors involved in making a rock track and surely that must require talent. I like my music to have depth. Finally, i'd say thatfor music to be 'live' it has to be played live which you can't do if you don't use instruments and we all know live music is the best!

Hip Hop licks ass!!!
I never did like that type of "music"(if you can call it that) The so called artist who do it don't have a singing voice. All they do is talk to some beat a white man created(oh no.... that's rap) anyway, if you can't sing it, it's not music.
Now rock is something to live for. All the great rock bands like Metallica, White Lion, Yngwie Malmsteem, Rata Blanca and some new ones like System of a Down, Korn, Stained, Disturbed, Slipknot... etc, are all good music.
But above all: Techno!

My current taste is definitely Rock but still like my hip hop they have different qualities that work better for different moods.
As is true of all music, I like all kinds of electronicas but wouldn't listen to a hardcore gabba track as soon as I get out of bed.
Same as I wouldn't listen to chilled out hip hop when I was in a party mood.
And of course each kind of music has different tones depending on the artists but the varations in style of production in all music means it all gets my vote really.
I only vote for rock cos it is my current favourite, 3 years it would have been hardhouse.
I think I rambled on a bit there..............stoned...what do you expect!
