do you have adaware, spybot etc. as well as the v.scanner? They often find stuff that virus progs don't, might be worth a go

If you have your MS Office CD a reinstall shouldnt take much and is always worth a try. I'm lazy tho. I dont diagnose problems, I just fuck around till they go away.
