it's just general code for smoking pot.
Some people celebrate April 20th and get extra stoned, I'm extra stoned every day.
Oh yeah some say it originated from a group of college dudes who smoked pot at 4:20 everyday, some say it was A police code for pot smoking in progress....lol hope that helps
