I examine the nugs and smell them to see how dank they seem (there always extra sticky icky =P) then if i can i'll pack my piece and try it out for quality.
I never break it up and leave them as nugs but its always the danks as we really never get mid or schwagy around here.
Break it up.
Pick out stems and or seeds if it's got them.
Put it in stash area and wait for an opportune time to smoke it.
If I ever get bored, I start rollin' a bunch of it into joints.
If I'm hella bored, I'll take out my bong, crawl out my window, and smoke on the roof.
I buy mostly half oz's so there's always stalk but never bother to pick out the stalks (unless I'm really high and really bored). And I don't want seeds in my oz's ;p bud with seed in it = not top quality bud.

i didnt think seeds changed the quality. somebody else who knows more about the growing of pot, dont seeds just mean bad germination? cuz i have stuff with seeds but its incredible pot, and ive been smoking for two years i know good pot.

Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.
If it has seeds in it then it means that it has a lower potency than without seeds if it were the same plant. I don't really feel like going in to detail but if your buying "dank" and it has seeds in it than your getting ripped off.
i get a sack, smoke a bowl, put on a play list, and break up buds for about 20 min, so when i wana smoke, i SCOOOP my bowl in my sack, its a great feeling!
