Cigs are a disgusting habit. I got in to them once 'cos I had no weed but there was still baccy to be used so I rolled a cigarette. After that, I don't know how but one cigarette became two and every now and then became everyday. I got up to five a day and last Friday I decided to quit. Sunday came around and I managed to scrape together enough baccy for one cigarette and I found a single skin (part of the reason I chose now to quit was because I thought I'd ran out of both). That cigarette on Sunday night was the best, ever! The buzz from it was intense. I got this incredible dizzying high.
Anyway, it's Wednesday now and I'm back on track. Another three days without a ciggy and tomorrow will be my fourth; It will officially be the longest I've gone without a cigarette in around a year, since I started.
Don't smoke! You'll regret it sooner or later! I still want to smoke so I just find security in the fact that my local shop has closed for the night. Tomorrow will be another tough day but when this week is over, that should be the hard part done.

I think it's probably to do with the rush of nicotine. After no smoking for almost three days, to then have a cigarette, I'd imagine the receptors in your brain that are responsive to the nicotine would go nuts for it and grab as much as they could. That's my best analogy of it.
All I know is it fealt amazing.
I'm proud to say that I've now officially quit. I got past my third day all over again and the fourth was easy. My craving for the nicotine had completely gone! Hurray for what's left of free will!

well yeah ive been turning them down now.. but i did smoke a couple times after and felt no addiction.. so im just gonna never smoke more than like 1 a month or something and only if they are offered to me.. so i dont get addicted

i would turn my friends down on cigs every time i smoked for like 2 months.

then after that they never asked and were happy they were saving their cigs to themselves so it all works out.

kinda like when u first start smoking, it's free...then when u like it and want to do it more often, it becomes very expensive and they no longer provide frees

smoke black and milds instead, not like cigs though, smoke blacks moderately, way better than cigs, smell better, taste better, look better, and their not addictive like cigs. dont smoke cigs, you gonna end up be addicted to them, and gonna need to smoke them, there gonna make you smell like shit

make sure you hype them first, they hit better

True fucking that, Black & Milds are a thousand times better than cigs. I love the taste, I can only stand to smoke cigs for the buzz but I enjoy black and milds.

I'm pretty sure you can get addicted to them though.

I have a question about cigars and stuff. Like are you supposed to inhale them or just put them in your mouth then blow it out, because if I inhale it then it makes me sick and if I don't inhale it then it's pointless. None the less though vanilla flavored black and milds taste really good.

you dont inhale cigars, you just keep it in your mouth and exhale, always puff to get the full flavor and aroma out of the cigar. if you inhale drags of a cigar youll prolly cough a lot and maybe puke
