congratulations chris, more the merrier.
Out of curiosity, how many active mods do we have now?
and whatever happened to weedguru_caro and Weedguru_higher?

Caro and Higher both defected to Russia. Sensei sporadically frequents the site. Duction's presence is more regular but not daily. Dusk, due to inactivity, has ben de-modded. Rasta is currently on her travels around the globe but will no doubt make a triumphant return at some point in the near future. Asmodeus is a lecherous swine working steadfastly to cement his position as office pest but unfortunately, sincerely I say that because he is a wicked chap to exchange a few punches with, he very rarely logs on to wg.
So that leaves yours unruly and newboy CHris. Who also happen to be the most active of the admin/mod team.
There is a need for another moderator who regularly roams the boards and I will get onto the tricky task of selecting the right member soon.

well, you know i've been here from almost the begining, and since I bought my own house, i now have the freedom to frequent these sites quite regularly (Which I do). And it's three in the morning here and I've worked all day, how's that for dedication?

But back to my question....what happened to falkon? I talked to him on msn a couple weeks ago, is he still a mod?

Falkon is still about though far from active on the forums. I think he has ben moving around the country quite extensively...I will try catch up with him. There is also Weedguru Ryan who I heard from recently but he too is nowhere near active.
Thanks for the suggestion, Azim. I will bear you in mind with all the other candidates when I come to making the important decisions.
A trustworthy member with phpbb/html knowledge and a decent mind and heart would be useful and perhaps just what the forums need in order to move forwards in the right direction.
However, overall, I am looking for people who exude decency from every pore. As mentioned previously the time one has been at weedguru is not as important as what one has posted on the forums over their time here so far.

After much consultation between the heads of various rogue states a decision has been reached. Weedguru Dusk has been culled (mainly due to long term absence) and in order to fill the void she has left it seems logical that it is another female that we require.
Fresh from her success in the recent weedguru awards, I am delighted to announce that the lovely but stern when needed Noisenkisses has accepted my offer to join the moderating team here at weedguru. I am sure that like fellow recent recruit Chris, she will bring something useful and valuable to the running of these forums...
