Im not sure here but I think its something to do with the curing process and how long you leave them to bud that determines the colour.

any weed can be turned purple i believe with changing the amount of light while growing it, it doesnt happen in the curing process.. its a lack of something in the plant..

Sure you do, i have. Back wen i started smoking weed my bro would give me some of his which is what i smoke now but back then i wasnt used to that good weed. Once everthing went 2d, like i lost depth perception, was trippy and really cool. Another time i thought dried leaves on the ground were toads, until i came close to them, and it was fall, so i thought there were toads everywhere. and sometimes shadows play with my mind and make shapes and shit. I've never had a full blown hallucination though where i can like clearly see something not there, its always just a distorted image of what is there.
