Although that second man was correct that everything would go back to normal and this is part of a cycle if humans continue to utilize certain cfc containing products, aerosols refridgerators etc. then there will be no amount of water evaporation which could counter act the cfc action because cfc's remain in the atmosphere eating away for ten years before they finally leave
