ok same IP means tey are usuing the same network cars as in same computer or if he is using a lan line

If its the computer IP address then the same computer (most likely) and if its the routers/servers address than any computer under that network.

Your computer doesnt have an IP address, your computer is given an ip address when you connect to the internet, as you have already stated you have broadband, so its always the same. Noone else will have the same IP only people using your internet connection

you can have your router reassign you an IP address, which is one more reson that proves i didnt do it, becuase
1)I would have used a different computer on the network
or
2) i would have had it reassign an IP or used a proxy.

Your router reassigns you with the same IP everytime with broadband unless you have another computer on your network, it could of assigned it there

even if so, i still would have used a proxy if i decided to shit like that, or just used another computer on my network (i only got one right now, but i plan to put a few back on when i get time to fix them; ill also be putting my server back up, but thats another story )
