Mine won't be a popular answer in this forum, but that hasn't stopped me before:

I would advise my brother to abstain at least until he has completely developed into an adult. Pot causes a reduction in testosterone in males. If the user is young, this could mean development of less than normal facial and body hair and enlargement of the breasts.

The anti-motivational effect of weed could be tragic on a kid. Whatever path he's on now, toward greatness or mediocrity, a nudge in any direction this early in the journey will significantly effect the long haul. Any experienced stoner will tell you that pot can very easily fill a space in one's life where goals and aspirations used to dwell.

"Don't do it" is a really hard argument to sell to a 15-year-old, since he's practically immortal, not hurting anybody except himself, not a habitual smoker (yet), etc. Besides, you do it and you are fine. Right?

I figure that you already believe that the herb is going to negatively effect your brother's development. You know also that he will likely start smoking soon anyway, with or without you. If you are seriously concerned about his well-being, then inspire him; don't turn him on. If you really want the best for your brother, then give up the weed, take an active interest in his life, and transform yourself into a positive role model...or are you just blowing smoke?

wow man, you sound like this very smart guy that goes to schools to talk to kids about the negative effects of weed...

No seriously, you have a great point there, i'm not planning on totaly quiting but i'm gonna keep an eye on my lil' bro tho, and if he starts smoking by himself... well its his choice just like most of us chose for ourselves down here
Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.

perhaps, but you gotta admit that your school life gets screwed up only if you smoke during school, and on school nights and stuff... I know this because i literaly blew away last year (well i didnt smoke during school), i used to smoke 4/5 joints every evening 7 days a week, this results in lack of interest for... well just about anything that has to do with school

result: elderflower back in 11th

anyway, yeah you all have good points, ill just not intervene with the course of life he chooses to take so... i donno ill tell u guys when he starts smoking
